How does the free trial work?
Start the Individual or Family plan in the app and your subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. If it's not right for your family, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - cancel anytime from your account in the app. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between Individual and Family?
The plans are identical except for seats: Individual ($15/month) covers one child, and Family ($30/month) covers up to 4 children on one account - each with their own galaxy, path and progress. You can upgrade from Individual to Family as your crew grows.
How does school pricing work?
School licences are priced per student and tailored to your school's size. Get in touch and we'll put a quote together.
What about refunds?
If something's gone wrong with your billing, contact us and we'll sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How is payment handled?
All payments happen in the app via Stripe, a global payments provider. Ziado never stores your card details.
